S.R. 'West Country' pacific, No. 34028, 'Eddystone' in the long siding at Grosmont, having arrived from the Swanage Railway the previous week.
(The loco is not rostered to be in use for a while, and it was found later that week being coaled up, but with inspection lamps in the smokebox).
